I just finished celebrating my 59th birthday today. I've had a goal for a long time to be the best I've ever been by my 60th birthday. I have a year left to get there. What do I want to accomplish? I want to lose weight (of coarse) and get a lot more physical. I started this a few years ago, and I'm better than I used to be, but not nearly as good as I want to be.
So tomorrow, I begin. Not just to diet, but to eat healthy and really nourish my body. Not just to exercise, but to make myself stronger and more active.
And most important, to wake up everyday looking forward to what's ahead. Work, family, friends, fun. Life is too short.......
